The nature and goals of professional coaching courses

 

Coaching technology is the most recent effective management and assistance technology in Europe and the United States. It is truly people-oriented, allowing students to recognize their own role in the organization so that they are willing to adjust their attitudes, take responsibility, improve self-quality, and increase their competitiveness.

Development of the coaching industry

 

According to conservative estimates, more than 250,000 people work in the coaching industry worldwide; the Fortune 500 in the United States reported that more than 80 percent of executives in successful companies have learned coaching techniques to help improve operational performance and employee engagement. Many multinational corporations, including 3M, IBM, and Microsoft, have identified coaching skills as essential executive training. In 2005, the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development published a survey report.  Approximately 90% of interviewees in China have received coaching training. Lancaster University Management School in the United Kingdom has added coaching as a regular course of study in 2009. Blessing White, one of the world's most successful corporate consulting firms, published a report titled "The Coaching Conundrum 2009," which revealed that in the Greater China region, Provide professional coaching technology, and 75% of respondents believe that management's use of professional coaching technology can result in more ideal results for the company's business. Furthermore, 90% of interviewees expressed a desire to be motivated by their bosses with professional coaching skills. Many people use professional coaching skills as a helping skill to help their friends, family, colleagues, children, subordinates, and clients identify their own blind spots in thinking so that they can grow quickly.
